Curriculum Execution
Regular Classes
A well planned lecture delivery schedule is adopted which comprises of theory, problem solving practice with real life examples, class notes and discussion of DPPs. Focus is on timely completion of syllabus with academic rigour balanced with fundamental concept building.
Doubt Classes
Highly demanded doubt classes are one to one discussion with faculty to resolve any doubts and queries. These classes are highly personalized and aims at improving student's understanding of the subject matter and improving his or her academic performance.
Concept Classes
These classes focus on building the better theoretical concept of key topics. An innovative idea of cross-linking concepts across modules is applied to build a solid foundation. Real-life demonstrations and examples are used to explain the concepts.
Mental Performance Coaching
Unique feature with focused training by professional mental coaches comprising of performance training, developing mental resilience, memory and retention enhancement and managing peak performance including mentoring by Ex. alumni of Radiant.
Practice & Testing
Practice Booklet (Sheets)
Separate booklets for each topic comprising theory and formulae of respective topics distributed in the sequence of lecture delivery. Practice booklet contains problems arranged in order of degree of difficulty-from fundamental to advanced level. For Board preparation, customized board sheets will be given to students based on board pattern.
Periodic Assessments (PAs)
Rigorous testing schedule is prepared and implemented to continuously gauge students' preparation, monitor progress, provide regular feedback and prepare them for examination pressure. It is an alternate cycle of Part and Cumulative Tests (PTs & CTs) conducted each month. Other tests like full tests and specialised Board tests are conducted as part of full assessment suite to prepare students to succeed in examinations.
Daily Practice Problems (DPPs)
Carefully designed DPPs (a set of 8-10 problems) regularly given to the students to practice and understand the concepts taught in classes. Board worksheets for board type problems and evaluation. A great tool to gradually increase the problem solving skills of students and regular practice.
Online Tests
Radiant has invested in a state of the art online testing platform to provide real life experience of online testing to all students. The online testing platform also produces customised performance reports for each student. Innovative ideas like challenges, peer competition, personalized tests are some of the features of this system which is unique in coaching industry.
